About Us
Welcome to our scholarship! We put this together in 2004 as a way of giving back to the community from which we came, Carle Place, NY. Since graduating high school in 1998 we have both moved on to various parts of the world, each chasing our respective dreams. Mike went to Fordham University in the Bronx, studied Business and Economics and has since moved on to Wall Street. He recently completed his M.B.A. from Fordham University and currently resides on Lond Island. Rob graduated from Binghamton University with a degree in Physics and Actuarial Mathematics, with a minor in Economics. He went on to obtain an M.B.A. from Loyola Marymount University. He subsequently served a tour in the Air Force and now lives in Los Angeles, working as a financial consultant and managing an investment partnership specializing in market-neutral derivatives trading.
Vision
We envision developing this organization into an integrating vehicle that brings the Carle Place community together with its aspiring young adults. We want to be the engine driving active community participation in developing its students, so that they may plan for and achieve the futures of their dreams.
We are dedicated to identifying and supporting students who demonstrate the ability and desire to positively chase their dreams and help those around them. Our mission is to provide career advice, financial assistance for education, and continued mentorship for students who want to actively better their lives.
